Finally I have time to disassemble my PSONE LCD screen.
Image orders:
TL -> TR
BL -> BR
1. Remove the thin white cover of the speakers to expose the hidden screws (TL)
2. Unscrew the exposed screw as shown on the image (do the same on the left speaker)
3. All 9 screws were removed.
4. Exposing the multi AV out and power connector (Take note on the few plastic bits @ the bottom of the pics 
5. LCD Motherboard (BL)

The electronic components has just arrived. I'll start working with the circuit and PCB design this weekend.

I have no time to design and etch the PCB for CSYNC converter so I decided to use the prototyping board to assemble all the components (Part I).
