Project: Satella DQ -v2 (plus additional mod version not included on that submission)
Satella Sketchup
At first, I really didn't have a pre made sketchup or plan of anything with what to do with this bucket. I was thinking of lots of things and finalised to do something in near form of a satellite. I surf the net for photos of satellites that will eventually be my guide in making a satellite (somewhat in mixed form of all the photos I printed for a satellite figures.) This was a free form of modding, adding up ideas as it comes into my mind... I was also thinking of some lighting effects (just reminded me that in outer space lightings are essential).
So let me introduced you to the bucket - or the future attack/defence satellite - The Satella.

The bucket in its original state, used for gardening, lots of limestone from mother earth.

During the start of mod, I prepared the printed photos of some common satellites that orbits around earth, I could not find something as round as this bucket so I just make it on my mind. Took out some of my spare LEDs for lightings to include the acrylic and gluestick bars that I will be using for utility lightings.
Satella Bucket Cleanup
In my mod, I hate to use most of the time the one that runs on electricity such as this one... I am forced to do so since there are lots of deformities and acquired mineral sticking on this bucket.

Cleaning the wornout edges of the bucket, a quick one.

Now for the more exhausting part!!!

A used blade come in handy, helped me a lot with the edges and scrapping limestone.

Some sandpapers help with the finishing...

a little more minutes, it'll be over!!!
Satella Front Panel
I will be using my original Airforce Turbine Fan Mod for this mod.

measure the fan holder in the middle.

cutting done with a broken thin saw, I am used to that.

again with blade.

a birds eye view from the inside.

a look at the top.

adding the fan.

test fan, presto!!!
